They treat their customers/collectors like toilet paper.

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones.
I used to only buy GG and after dealing with world tours to hunt down exclusive busts it's just alot of jumping thru hoops and hassle.I have since moved on and am addicted to PF's. The quality is better along with SS customer service and dealing with edition sizes as well.Just my two cents.
