McDonalds doesn't think it is too hot. McDonalds thinks it's safe to serve people. It burns the woman. His response was more should burn her. If the product truly was safe, and the lady deserved more spilled on her, surely the manager could test it on himself, to prove it. Maybe no hot coffee is safe to serve. What I should have said was, If the lady deserved more hot coffee spilled on her, then the McDonald's people do too. It was response designed to show how asinine the first comment was.

She caused the spill. She evaded reality and her responsibility by blaming McDonald's and suing them for money she had no right to. Because the jury was as dishonest as she was, she won. She robbed them blind. She's a thief, and they are accomplices. She deserves retribution. Hot coffee in her lap every day for the rest of eternity.

It is not McDonald's responsibility to protect her from herself. They did not cause the burn.
