If they're doing exclusives for this line, then surely GTG has got to be switch-out head as well?

Or switch-out hands with Glamdring/no Glamdring.

Seeing as how this is an action pose, I would think that Glamdring is essential; my money is on hatless/hatted.

I'm not sure, but it looks like Glamdring could be in Gandalf's right hand - covered by where Strider is standing in the pic. I think it would be way too essential to make as part of the Ex; who would want to ever pose him without Glamdring? More than likely, it's hat or no hat.

Although, you could also have staff variants, like with the LSB...
