I don't see the fail in this either. GH has some beautiful stuff. Although I'm not collecting their TF or L4D lines I think they're still very well done.

I did get the Headcrab Zombie cause I'm a Half Life fanatic, and it is amazing.

So where is the fail?

It's pretty spot on, another successful procedure. But the exclusive should have come with an alternate head with the more errogent expression.
