To each their own, I suppose. Personally, I consider those characters to be horrific in their own right. Perhaps the movies themselves were not, but they were. And that's why I photographed them that way.

I was actually tempted to post some joker pics here myself.

Your's are much more justifiable than mine as they are quite horrifying!

Especially these:

Thanks for the compliments! At least I know someone else understands what I was trying to say about characters being scary even if the movie isn't. After all, why else would a character like the Predator be considered a "movie monster"?

I did post many of those Joker pics in the DC section. The only really new one is the high-contrast dark portrait. The knife attack ones you like...those were a lot of fun to shoot. I call them my "Sweeney Todd" Joker series.

As for Leatherface, I'm glad you like it. It's one of my earliest Photoshop projects. I was going for the look of a bloodstained evidence photo.

i believe the joker dx has spooky angles as well. specially when he's looking down at you...i'll try posting it when i find it.
