Getting there. That's what I'm working on learning now. My cousin does have a Tri-Pod that he is going to give me which will help a lot like you and I have discussed before. That pic of Jason above was done on Manual mode. The White Balance was set to Auto which I didn't really notice before. Once I adjusted that, I was able to achieve better lighting effects. I still have a long way to go.

Indeed. You're pictures are getting me to consider buying a new camera... which I can't afford.
Well I did get a good price on a package deal for the camera, the extra lense and a whole bunch of other goodies that were included. I bought it through Amazon but I think the actual company it came from through them was Cameta Camera. All the stuff I received would have cost me WAY more if bought seperately.
