Frankenstein 1:1 bust box HELP

Hi Sideshow or Frankenstein 1:1 bust owners !

I have a problem I recently sold my Frankenstein 1:1 bust but the buyer has made a dispute because as he says - The brown iner box is not original.....But im pretty sure that the brown Sideshow box I shipped the bust in with the big black frankenstein picture/logo on is the orgignal box from sideshow ?

Please confirm that its the original box - a picture of the box would be super

we are not understood there perhaps there are 2 boxes, the first one is that that contains the bust, the second is the brown box.
I don't have of it one of it the other one I have only the brown box not original but it is not that the problem the first box I miss it it doesn't interest me the brown playpen I want the first box I hope that you have understood

Both boxes and both busts are 100 % original ! I cant do it better than that....Please remove the brown side wich are taped on to the one side of the Frankenstein box ! The Frankenstein picture logo is under that ! Then you will se that it is in fact Sideshows original Frankenstein box !!!

I have already had a frankenstein and I can guarantee you that the box there was, therefore not to say non true things.
the statue without original boxes doesn't interest me I want a reimbursement of the statue and I immediately re-send you her.

The oroginal innerbox of Frankenstein IS IN FACT a brown box with a black logo on.....The box you have IS the original innerbox - In the classic monster series bust line 1:1 has only Nosferatu and Ardeth Bey a colored box while Frankenstein adn Dracula has a brown box with logo printed on.....
If you doubt what I say please check up with Sideshow themself - They can confirm that I tell you the truth !

Uneducated buyers are horrible. The only thing worse is an uneducated seller.

You did everything in you power to convince this fool you're NOT ripping him/her off.

Here's a pic of my Creature from the Black Lagoon (colored) 1:1 bust. It has the SAME BROWN INNER BOX ... I hope this helps. You can clearly see the SIDESHOW logo (bottom right hand corner) on my Creature box & the Frank box posted earlier.

Some people want EVERYTHING, even if it doesn't exist, they still want it, because they're unneducated and their expectations are UNREASONABLE.

I changed the dispute to a claim !

:

The item a Sideshow Frankenstein lifesize bust were shipped in the original innerbox wich are in the items case brown whit a black frankenstein and sideshow logo on one side !

Buyer claims he has not received the org innerbox ? I think its because when I shipped the box I covered the 1 side whit the logo up whit a brown piece of paper to protect the shipping from being interesting ! This were meant only as a service to protect the shipment so it would arrive safely to Alfonso/buyer !

I myself are a serious collector of these types of items and my feedback at ebay are very fine for all my sold items !

I attach 3 links so Paypal can see pictures of the org innebox wich are simular to the one shipped to the buyer ! Serval people can also confirm that in fact this item was orignally made whit a brown innerbox and NOT as buyer claims a colored innerbox ! There are also pictures of both innerbox and outerbox so you can see that both are brown and not colored !!!!!

The outerbox were never included in the sale ! This were clearly describe in the ebay auction ! But as I understand buyer this has never been his problem !

I trust that Paypal will end this claim fast and fair - as I see it I have nothing to be affraid off - I shipped a perfect item in a perfect org. innerbox and covered the logo - simply remove the brown paper cover and everything schould be perfect !
