Re: My Take on some Gi-joe and Cobra

It would take about 6 years for Sideshow to produce that many figures. Methinks he's got the right idea of making them all yourself.

That's the point, i don't wanna wait that long.
And after i saw what sideshow did with firefly (still a good figure) i'm afraid they will take too many creative liberties with other characters.

Re: My Take on some Gi-joe and Cobra

Yea, You've started my interest in making my own Joe customs. Prolly tackle ones Sideshow won't be doing.

Re: My Take on some Gi-joe and Cobra

The joe's aren't that difficult, basically it's just military items a bit converted. For the cobra that's a whole other sotry. They are a bit more intricate and special looking.

Stay tunes for
Gung-ho
Cobra Viper
General Hawk

Here's the backpack in the work and beach head with snake eyes.
See his little borther in the back.

I think these figure go a long way toward showing what Inspiration can make a talented person do.

elvis1976 - What uniform did you use for firefly?

N/M - Just saw the answer in the other thread.

WOW!! These look amazing.

What's the recipe for Snake Eyes? Just a sweater?

Re: My Take on some Gi-joe and Cobra

Well for snake eyes basically i switched him on a toy soldier body and put him a sweater. Still need to weather him.

Re: My Take on some Gi-joe and Cobra

Snake Eyes definetly looks better on the Toy Solider body. Where could someone buy one?
