EBAY/pay pal Dishonest Seller need help

Hey guys need some help here long story short made two purchases from a seller on Ebay which came damaged. He claims the items were mint when shipped, but a crack on a head piece poorly glued back on doesn't happen during shipping another piece was crack and chipped with no sigh of the pieces in the wrapping paper.

Can't let this person get away with it. Pay pal ask me for some documents but not sure how to acquired this information. Any helpful information would be Appreciated Thanks guys.

Send Ebay links to online retailers who sell the broken items to show them how much they are worth. Then link them to a review site that shows detailed pics of the items so they can see how they should look undamaged.

Finally I would take your own pics to show the damage.

At least that is how I interpreted it.

Thanks cplhicks it couldn't hurt much appreciated. good thing is i gave it a shot and called Sideshow to see if they might be able to provide me some help with my situation. Have to say Class act company they ask to e-mail them pics and the detail requirements pay pal is asking for so hopefully it works out for the best and this seller won't get away
with these dishonest sales.

Here you go don't know how he has 100% feedback
On ebay cause the first statue came with chips, obviously cracked
And poorly glued back on. That doesn't happen during shipping
Second statue came chipped and cracked but no lose pieces in the
Wrapping what so eva so you decide be careful with ebay seller: batman_925
