Hey guys need some help here long story short made two purchases from a seller on Ebay which came damaged. He claims the items were mint when shipped, but a crack on a head piece poorly glued back on doesn't happen during shipping another piece was crack and chipped with no sigh of the pieces in the wrapping paper.
Can't let this person get away with it. Pay pal ask me for some documents but not sure how to acquired this information. Any helpful information would be Appreciated Thanks guys.
