Does Anyone Know What Wolverine Statue This Is?

A friend of mine has the statue below and is trying to identify it. Any help would be much appreciated!

I believe it was made by Creative License back in the mid 90's. Those claws are/were actually removable pens.

Back in 1996, Creative License released a very unique and sharp looking gloved LIFE SIZED fist of Wolverine, displaying his 3 adamantium claws, each of which is actually a ball point pen!! Good for writing those mutant missives and it's a sure-fire conversation starter, too! This item has been in it's original packaging, sitting in my closet since 1996. All the pens work and it is good as new!!
