Does anyone know how to cast items in black rubber / vinyl?

I've made some small parts for a figure I'm working on and was wondering if anyone knew how to cast them on black rubber or vinyl from a silicone mould?

Smooth-on makes a sort of flexible resin. I think its called impact or something like it. I've used it to make hands before that are damn close to the PVC stuff for action figures. It is a little thicker than normal resin so it can be a challenge to pour into small molds.

Is it easy to paint? Do you need a pressure cast to use?
