Do you think HOT TOYS will re-release their lines eventually?

It seems to me that Hot Toys likes to re-release their figures with added value -- a different/new head, one or more new items, a variation of painting sometimes. For their Battle Damage/color variation figures, they seem to come out at nearly the same time. I'm guessing that it's cheaper for them do it that way. Their Superman seems to be an interesting type of re-release as they have come out later with drastically increased value-added content and months and months later.

I think they'll re-release some and not others but rarely as identical re-releases.

They only started doing the Predator variants with the P2 line didnt they?

There was no Alien variants except for the brown AVP & Aliens warriors.

Imagine they release variants of the Marines

There was a variant of the Scar I believe, the AniCom Scar which had a "roaring" head mold.

Good looking, i remember that now, it looked way better than the original with the close mandibles. It was the same head they used for the Elder with a different paint app
