Japan has released a couple of variants in the past with different intricate outfits, but to me they are not the same as the traditional Mickey outfit.
As far as care concerns, I would see about dusting it with a duster with a little static cling to it. By all means do not get any water near that flocked fuzz on his head or it will ruin it.
