Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

Double jointed elbows are nice but i bet they'll be limited by those gauntlets.

I really want that copperhead but the other two hold no real appeal to me; i'm not into comic books enough to find a helmetless deathstroke and red-hood joker to be interesting. The deathstroke variant i can live with because it looks like a really nice HS, but i might try to part ways with the red hood joker.

And i don't really mind copperhead being a little "thick"; i prefer women with some junk in the trunk anyway :lol, plus she looks pretty busty; i think her tattoo hides the curves of her breasts so she looks flat.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

That unmasked Slade looks amazing, Id get that in a heartbeat if it wasnt in a 3-pack. Regular Deathstroke it is.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

^Agreed, I wouldn't be able to pass that up as a single-carded release.

I know I'm late on this but I finally added Bane to the collection. So awesome.

That's such a dope display razkazz. Love the poses and setup. That batman pose makes him look so statuesque. Wait, is he articulated? Lmao what's that display that bane is standing on from?

Thanks man! The center base is from McFarlane's Spawn Billy Kincaid figure. The Batman is the articulated AC series 4 version, but I popped the Bane 2-pack head on it because it looked a bit nicer.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

The AO Croc is nicer in person and has more paint apps, my camera's flash is too strong so it kind of takes it out.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

I'm thinking we may get another 3 pack of shiva, electrocutioner and robin. Then calendar man to be the SDCC exclusive. Just my thoughts :)

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

Another 3 pack would require 2 variants, not 3 new figures. More likely Roman Sionis, unmasked Bane, and either Shiva or Electrocutioner if I had to bet.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

Isn't robin just the same as Nightwing from city?

I could go for that. I rather get Electrocutioner before Shiva though.

They could easily tackle a Origins Penguin with the AC Penguin body and a new head.

Just to take things back to its roots, I have attached the links to a few pictures of my collection.
I have the whole collection, quite a few are still in their packaging like the new AO line due to space constraints with displaying at the moment.

i really wish they still gave us black bases along with the figures, like they did in the previous lines!

You're that guy with the cool little dio I saw on Youtube when I first started collecting these figures. Looks great!

That picture is beautiful, while albeit creepy. Quite fond of all your pictures actually. Makes me wish DCC would do a City commemorative set with all stylized black and white repaints.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

Yeah that's my dio on youtube.

I'm desperate to make a new one, but looking for a new house at the moment so waiting to see how I can set one up. I have painstakingly screen grabbed all sorts of cool environments and Easter eggs from the three games and intent to use them as the basis for a new diorama.

Here's hoping I finally get round to it.

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

I've had all of Origins Series One in the package for a few months now, and I was planning on opening Series One and Two together. However, when I was looking at my Batman in the package it looks like the left kneecap is sitting lower than the right. Are the kneecaps glued on? I was just wondering if this issue can be fixed before I open it.

I think its a separate piece, if not it may just be how its stuffed in the package

Re: DC Collectibles - Batman: Arkham figure series (Origins,Asylum,City)

Thanks! I was worried it was something that couldn't be fixed.
His knee is probably bent a bit in the box. Since he has double hinged knees it's really easy to make them look funky, especially if your a factory worker shoving them in boxes. :lol

If you're really concerned you can shoot a picture over.
