Prowse has had alot of issues with Lucas since the first movie in 1977 and I think this story is another chapter in his long standing grudge. Personally, I think Prowse is a head case. Lucas still has a good relationship with all the other stars EXCEPT Prowse. Seems to me the fault falls onto Prowse and not Lucas.
