Custom NHL Goalie Stick - NEED HELP PLEASE

Hey guys! Working on a personal grail of mine and I hit a bump. The awesome Fergo Black made me this 1/6 Scale NHL Goalie stick and I need to either get it painted or maybe a decal or perhaps even both. I'm asking for any suggestions on what to go with or how to do it or even who you think could do it please, thank you!

Accurate Color and Design Needed:

Would Need the Tape at the Butt-end and Blade of the stick as well:

Big size? If yes try to use decal made with Oracal vinyl on vinyl cutter. And you also can use real tape.

Yeah thought maybe use real tape, the stick is 1/6 so it's pretty small, what is oracal vinyl? Thanks!

I would paint the whole stick white and then use waterslide decals for the art work. For the tape wrap I would use blue sign vinyl cut into strips.
