That has seriously got to be one of the finest pieces of art I have ever seen. Admittedly I can't stop looking at that jacket! But the paint job on the face, the hat resculpt, the pants, the gloves, the belt, the holster, the torch.. the whole thing is just amazing!!!!

The jacket stands out to me personally, how did you accomplish that?

:clap

5 Prototypes. Based loosely off of the Sideshow Jacket, with 1 1/2 CM added to the length. Used the Tony Nowak Raiders jacket for reference.

Used super thin lambskin. Had the zipper painted silver. Did some weathering:

The Well of the Souls Diorama is starting to take shape thanks to Mike Fisher. He custom made the crate, the torch and the pump and bucket set.

As usual, awesome job Mike!:

By the way, the Hasbro Headpiece to the Staff of Ra is exactly 1/4 Scale:

Thanks everyone. Working on upgrading the KOTCS PF (which has a great head sculpt by Trevor!). I just think that pose isn't quite right, would have been better as the RAIDERS PF pose I think.
