So I'm not sure if it depends on who you speak to at SS but I wanted to cancel an upcoming figure that I had only paid the NRD on with a SS GC ($23 NRD/$27 card balance) and put those funds towards another, more expensive item.
The rep told me they would only refund the extra $27 balance and not the NRD.
This would be the first NRD item I have ever canceled so I'm not sure if it's hit or miss, or they are just now sticking to the NRD policy.

That's what I was hoping for since I wasn't just canceling the figure, I asked to put the funds straight to another item that was $200 more than the one I was canceling.
