I don't think its a rip off at all being it is a key scene in the movie. If they were going for a rip off they should have put EPIC FAIL somewhere in the pic.

Considering NECA had theirs at comicon last year, I wouldn't exactly call it a rip off. I think it was a bigger version of this one.

Actually, I believe the NECA piece was produced before the Sideshow one. I remember posting my disappointment at Sideshow "borrowing" the scene/pose from NECA on the announcement page.

Dude, thats the Neca figure(which i like better then the PF) its really nice.

But in all fairness, I don't know if I'd go so far as to say I'd like it better than Sideshow's PF.

Nice video, love the music from these movies and i like the fact they gave the Atlantean sword the proper aged bronze colour with turqoise and it comes with the head from the soup and a hand.

Matter of fact, I seem to remember a Q&A where they specifically addressed the similarities of their PF choice to that of NECA's figure which had already been announced previously and pics shown in ToyFare.
