Color of Frankenstein's suit?

I saw a color shot of Chaney in make-up at Chiller about 10 years ago at Ron Chaney's table. Very interesting shot. Skin color was a coppery red(like a new penny),dark nose tip, hair was sort of a tawny shade and the shirt was either a very dark green or black. This is how I've painted models of him ever since, and they look fine, though I haven't tried any B&W shots of one. As to the monster's clothes, I read somewhere that there was a costume call sheet that described his suit, which is what the current standards are based on. I just tend to darken the called out colors as much as I can...PS
