All of them come that way unfortunately. It’s a simple PlayStation game toy, the sculpt/paint is very underwhelming to say the least but it’s a hulk collectible nonetheless. Being a completionist has its downfalls and the figure definitely fits into that category.

No he is average size. The figure is a game piece to play as hulk in the game, so it’s more of an accessory to the game before a figure. PlayStation probably didn’t care to much about the actual sculpt itself.
