Cathode Tubes for Lightsabre customs

I have a bunch of SS hilts I traded another member for. You've insprired me to do a Luke SW 77 sabre (white, not blue like the revisionist SE will try to tell you) I just ordered the CCT off ebay.

I always wondered why that saber glowed white. Do you think it lost some color sitting in a trunk for so long?
Anyways, good luck with your saber, cant wait to see how it comes out.

Hey guys,

I've been getting a lot of inquires about cathode sabers lately. I'm trying to look into getting a better quality product at a lower price (if that's possible!) With the prices of figures now a days adding a cathode is extremely difficult.
Hell, I cant even afford a Hot Toys Luke right now!
I used to sell my sabers at $75.00 bucks a pop, that's why I made the tutorial so guys can save money by DIY.
3D printing may be an option, we'll see.
