If you are talking about the next BIA? I think it is a realistic option to see the next one come in out a year or less possibly.
Road to Hill 30 was delayed a lot and was in development for a while, it eventually came out in March 2005. Then less than a year later Earned in Blood was released in October of 2005.
So my guess is that now all the kinks are worked out for the 360, they can simply make another game in a doable time table without delays, which is what appeared to happen with the first two games. I hope so, because it will be really interesting to see how they do the Battle of the Bulge.

That sucks, well hopefully it is cause they are working hard on Aliens: Colonial Marines.
