At this point, I think you'd have to pay the eBay premium. There was a point where it seemed to be sold out, then popped up again for a preorder due at the end of February, but those got scooped up pretty quick.

Yeah... I'm hoping to pay no more than $500 shipped. That might be a pipe dream.

yeah, I'd get her if there was a promise of future actresses/actors. Trouble is I know Marilyn can carry her wait, and probably Audrey... after that most people don't have a clue who these actresses are. Sad but true, you ask people these days if they like old classic movies they say "Of course! Independence Day was awesome!" :slap

They're doing an Audrey??

:lol Sadly true. :(

They should. I agree with FriendlySamurai, they would sell, especially if the statue were based on Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Love all the pics in here, mine should be arriving soon. Is there anyway to make the cleavage more covered up with the dress to match the way she actually wore her dress?

I tried this with mine, but the dress is attached to the seams in the sculpt. I suppose you can rip the dress off altogether as some have, but I wouldn't recommend it, even it's for the purposes of keeping it classy. ;)

Thanks for the reply brother, where did you find people who have tried to rip the dress off? I think I might want to try it out of it looks doable.

Theandimancan did a few pages back, although I'm not sure if he intends to put the dress back on :lol I still wouldn't recommend it because it being attached to the sculpt is what allows to fold in a convincing way despite the lightness of the fabric. Also, my just pulling the dress up enough to line up the peg into the base caused some minor creasing under the knee area, so I can only imagine what stress removing the dress altogether would do. Because the material is so thin, even if you cover the cleavage, she'll still have "pokies", so the dress still won't be quite film accurate unless you pad it out too.

They used small stripes of double faced adhesive tape to hold the dress in its position.
Use heat (e.g. a hair dryer) very cautios (not too hot !!!!, handwarm....) to reduce the adhesive characteristics of the tape.
Be very cautios and then it will work out without ripping the dress.
The head part is made of PVC which is senitive to heat, it can deform by too much heat!
Its your risk ........:dunno
If you want to remove the tape from the body it can happen that some of the painting will removed too......
If you dont want the "pokies" you can sand them off. The body is made of Polystone (very hard resin)
I think of a repaint of the figure because i am not happy with some details (e.g. the yellow hair...) and after customizing i will of course put the dress on....:monkey3

Thanks brother this was very helpful. Not sure if I want to risk it, but I'm considering it.

The funny thing is the reference pictures from Blitzway shows a more "closed" dress then
it turned out at the delivered figures.
It seems that someone decided to dress the figure in the production process like a porn star..........:cuckoo:
Poor Norma Jeane ...............:slap

I have undressed the figure because i will customize my figure but
after it i will dress her as all original pictures shows her...with "closed" dress
and no very visible "nipples"

I am intrigued. I would love to know what are the changes you will make . and as. to see them
