Why? Superman didn't get ^^^^ for his 70th.

I don't know, maybe cause Bats get more respect from DC and WB when it comes to merchandise, besides didn't Bats just achieve the 2nd highest grossing film of all time?

Plus Bats doesn't have the innevitable question mark hanging over his head (unless you count the Riddler ) of wether he'll be lost in a court battle with his creator.

DC own Batman lock stock and Barrel, Superman's more of a grey area, especially after losing the rights to use the Superboy name.
