I have a penguin from Custom Workz - I believe he used that model as a base. The body was a regular dragon figure with the legs and arms cut down and a fat suit from foam rubber around his midsection. I will try to post a picture.

There is also a 1/6 scale set of 2 penguins with the rockets strapped to their back. You can find it on Ebay for around $12 or so.

Yes i know I already bought that set.
ANd i saw the penguin from custom workz and while it's a nice figure, i don't have the same vision for mine

Yes me too the one from the vinyl kit was damages a bit a looked cheap.
Once the figure will be dresses the fabric one will stand out more. imo

I'm not a very big fan of Devito Penguin, but so far you are doing a phenomenal job Seb. I think the hat needs some tweaking though.

I'm glad to see you tackling this, Elvis! I made one a few years back (it's on my site, click the banner), and I was amazed at how nice the sculpting on the model kit was. Can't wait to see the finished project!!

SO far so goooood!

Made some progress and so far i'm really happy with the way he turned out.

The pyjamas was the hardest parts, completely hand tailored (big thanks to my mom for the help).
The plastron is made out of a shirt, scarf is custom made also.

The coat is a WWII german coat dye in black and weathered.
I still need to add a fur collar and some fur on the sleeves.
Did boots and umbrella.

The body is a DID body modified on the torso and leg.
I used a godfather fatsuit that i had to buffed up a lot more to have those weird proportion she has.

ANyways here's some first pics.

Oh i put him next to my custom MIME joker to show you his size more or less.
