I'm definitely going to go watch when it comes to the states next summer I believe it is. There's some nostalgia there for me in remembrance of the Six Flags Batman Stunt Show. I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy this

Some of the dialogue seemed like it'd go right over an 8 year olds head

No more so than in any of the live action Batman films of the past 20 years or so.

(I can't believe Tim Burton's Batman came out more than 20 years ago now :()

and pornson ivy certainly seems risque for a kids show.

It's a stage show, so I don't think Poison Ivy's ass is going to be as up-close-and-personal and in-your-face to the audience as it was to this camera.

This should make for some interesting comments

HAHAHAAH!! :slap Oh DEAR! I'd heard about this and thought "maybe MAYBE it just might be good" Clearly, I was mistaken.

You know yesterday when I saw this, I was like "OMG what is this? it's as camp as Christmas". However today I feel different, I think I had forgotten how Bizarre Batman can truly be. You know I am going to to go and just sit back and enjoy it for what it is, Batman and a bunch of other people jumping and flipping about. Then when I have seen it, I can look forward (with some trepidation) The Dark Knight Rises. I say trepidation, because that movie seems to have a new villain announced every day

You keep using that word.

I do not think it means what you think it means...

Anyone going to any of the Birmingham (UK) shows? I think it would be a good night out if nothing else. I hope to see even more of Ivy's ass if at all possible.

Is it really necessary to be so cynical? Don't be a buzzkill.

Buzzkill? The "actors" did a fine job of that all by themselves. The Joker monologue alone was cringe-inducing.

Sorry, but this looks extraordinarily bad to me, and I was hoping it would be something I could get excited about going to see. Whoever came up with this should be ashamed.

Back in '97 I paid $400 for a group of 20 to see BATMAN & ROBIN at a prescreening. About 30min. into the film, all I could think about was getting my money back. This BATMAN LIVE is a little too deja vu for me.

I feel like this is acceptable for kids. I'd probably be really excited to see this if I was young.

I feel like live-action just sort of takes you out of that realm of believability, as an adult anyway. you can't forget that these are actors playing these characters...(especially when they do like a pause on stage as the lights get turned off...batman strolls off backstage with all his villain pals) The movies and show do a good job of making an atmosphere that all these things could happen within.

I liked that joker was spitting alot. Maybe the real thing will be better, since this is obviously like some sort of weak introduction. Looks like it's strictly just to excite young kids though.
