Anyone help me order from the USA

Hi guys, I am stuck in England, and as such people on e bay.com do not seem to want my money in exchange for their items. If I asked nicely,could someone in the USA accept an item if I bought it, and then had it shipped to them, and then I will send them some cash to send it across to me?
Please let me know if you can, (Also hope this is in the correct section!)

I hope you can get someone to help Al, it sucks when some Sellers won't send across the pond. I can somewhat see why they won't but it's still annoying.
