I know, I know...ive been gone too long. But I’m coming through. Everyone will get their orders plus the new casts with move along helmet and low brow version for the wait.

It took me forever to get a pressure pot, new vaccum pot working and an air conditioned room to do rotocasting to make you what you deserved.. I was embarrassed by the product challenges and so I had to spend a ton of money and time I didn’t have.

So as soon as this last run is complete I’m shippping out with more than what you ordered. Yes you will all get more than what you paid for and I’m am really sorry for the dissapearing act.

Here’s the prototype and samples of what you will get.

You can be mad at me, that’s ok...but you will all get more than what you paid for and I have spent a ton of money to pay for help, because I couldn’t do all the labor by myself. The making of new helmet variations I could do...I hope you like and enjoy what I’m sending.

They are not perfect, but they will loook great. I will continue to improve on the helmet variations.

You are all welcome to send me any complaints on a cast or whatnot. I bought new products to cast so the speaker mics will be perfect.

I know that the move along brow was too high, but I though too low would be a failure. It looks better in person.

But thank you for your gracious welcome back...I really was just buried and stressed about failing. I wanted you all to be happy. So I finally had down time and the cash to invest.

Most importantly I wanted to produce good helmet variations. The guy casting for me now is producing a lot of garbage. But I’ll select the gems. After this I will make new Move Along helmet and mold...then another helmet with slightly less of a gap on the brow and rubber rim.

I found that I can get another cool look by accidentally mishaping the mold. To give her another variant look.

Thank you, guys. I am so very grateful for your thoughts and attitude towards my dissapearing act. The stress was overwhelming me and I got exhausted. I’m still very much bothered by the imperfection in the new molds and casts. I’m paying a guy a lot of money to help me with this and he’s kind of not listening to me. He’s also being bold with the rotocasting...but he can mass produce that way. My method never produces air bubbles on the outside...only bubbles in the inside of the plastic.

In this case I’m getting bubbles on the outside making me have to fill in the gaps.

Almost all of my helmets used on sandtroopers were flawed helmet casts. Only 1 was clean. The Stormtrooper helmets were made with cleaner casts. Therefore, the Move along and Lowbrow casts will have small imperfections.

But with the production of so many new helmets that are too thin...I can make better versions down the road. I’m confident knownin what’s possible and what I’m doing. These new casts are proof that the helmets can be modified nicely with perfection. The imperfections were a result of the flawed casting, not my customizing of new variants.
