Spoke to a very nice lady who say's I can collect in person, but they shut in 45mins!!!! IT'S A RACE AGAINST TIME........

Also, I don't think I ever got a chance to post a pic of some of my displayed Hellboy pieces. Here's the dedicated shelf:

It's only a small fraction of my HB collection. I've got some other statues displayed outside of the case around the room, but the rest of the figures and such are still boxed up. Gotta make some room for the HT figures. Waiting to get another display case to house solely all of my HB stuff. Until then, it stays a little crowded.

Great lineup, RenegadeOne! That's a gorgeous display, and it looks like the troll market in the second movie! I have that 7" Mezco with the corpse on his back, but I couldn't find it for my photoshoot. Ultimate Weapon, thanks for picking out the tiny Hellboy. It's also a Mezco, and it stands 4" tall, making it Hasbro SW 3-3/4" scale. It was some kind of exclusive, maybe last year's SDCC, that I pre-ordered online. It's really nice, surprising detail at that scale, and I wish I had a macro lens to shoot it. Holster works, Big Baby opens up. And he has the 666 cigar!

The mystery figure is indeed by Go-Rae, and is #10 of an edition of 20. I just bumped into the chance to own it, and realized the chance would not come again. As to cost, I'll just say it's a tough economy for everyone right now folks, and a number of great Korean creations have traded hands lately. If I'd had the scratch, I could have built a world class collection of handmade figures by several renowned artists...but I'm very, very happy to have Hellboy. If I ever get a good macro lens I'll try to cover him better. But anyway, his Hot Toys descendent is about to arrive, and that'll occupy everyone's attention for a while.

When the first movie came out I'd never heard of Hellboy. Never read the comics. The discussions here at SSF drove me to the theatre, and I haven't stopped laughing since. Loves my Hellboy. Thanks, Freaks, for pointing him out.

Well I just bought this print by Wayne Barlowe and signed by Barlowe, del Toro and Mignola

I just fell in love with the colors - can't wait until it gets here and I can get it framed. I have another HB Mignola print I am going to frame (I think it was from the NY Toy Fair or some other ComicCon)...but this one blows me away, so it will get the place of honor in my display room.

OK, so I picked HB & Abe up from the sorting office today, and let me say they are as good as everyone says.

Now here's the deal, I want to post loads of pictures for you, I really do. But my wife is running a half marathon tomorrow to raise money for the special needs school our Autistic daughter attends. I need to help her prepare. However if anyone wants to follow the link in my signature and chuck a couple of quid/dollars/euros into a really good cause, well hell, I'll get the camera out just for you!

You know I didn't even notice it was a LHOD. I was so caught up on how f'n cool the clouds look behind him....such popping colors.
