Statue 1/6 Yoshimitsu sculpted by Takayuki Takeya

I dun know where this should be categorized under, but its super gore lookin so I guess it belongs here. Last year's Kotobukiya release sculpted by Japanese master sculpter/ artist Takayuki Takeya. Just got mine.

It has tons of small detailed parts which may break away even in its styrofoam shipping box and I had to go back to the local supplier twice & choose from a couple sets to fix that. The awesomeness in attention to details & massive size of this statue is totally worth the price & effort though IMO.

Although, I think this thread might get more action in the video games section. This Yoshimitsu is a Tekken/Soul Caliber character right?

Thanks. Yup, Yoshimitsu is from Tekken. But Takeya's rendition of him is so evil I figure he belongs to the horror section. Lol..

Really spectacular statue. The base is incredible! I love the mix of tech and biological details on the head.

Yup, its pretty gore. Although its kinda of like a mech statue head, my wife felt that the open cuts with all that oozing stuffs were too much, told me not to display it in the hall and in the study room instead.
