Ahhh pants I just read it!! Sorry I am the memory man... even with a check list of parts I still amaze myself that I manage to forget something. Did you want me to post you some of the tube?

Now the wee pointy things are the little screw on ends from the horse shoe spikes from body piecing.. you can get them in 3-4-5mm I wanted to get a small boat load but they are SO expensive... so I bought a few and cast them up... sods to cast but bucket loads cheaper.. I want to get some more and some bigger ones..

here is a link mate..

Only if you have some spare mate , I had some from B+Q which I thought was the same stuff ( I got it for my Marine weaponry ) but it's a smaller diameter ! As for the spikes , I'd thought about trying to fabricate some by using my Dremmel " lathe style " , so I'll see how it goes !

Hope Dorg's doesnt mind if i pop up with a couple new mini picks...

I've finished with the Grey Knights commission last week, and just started on a Space Wolf Terminator Army...here are the works in progress...

Love painting Space Wolves...you can get some real character out of them....

2 down, 24 to go...and two drop pods...

Dorg's...fancy making a Drop Pod at 1/6 just for fun?:p

I'm considering a large vehicle type project to get me through the winter . I reckon a Marine Landspeeder is do-able .

Landspeeder could be fun.....never really liked the model tho...always looked too much like a shipping crate

That's why I'm considering it ! It's basically all box shapes , with no curves ( compound or otherwise ) which makes it a pretty straight forward build . No point in making it TOO difficult , is there ? :lol

Very true, i guess i just tend to prefer things with more lines because they are more fun to paint...

Saying that, i did enjoy painting a Land Raider tank for a guy, after all the custom skins and iconography was added it was a enjoyable paint up :)

Decided that my Marines need some opposition , so I've started work on the first of my "Orc Boyz" !
Started with this guy ;

I've decided to sculpt the new head straight onto the existing one . I used Milliput to get the basic shape .

Once it's cured I'll improve the detail and add the tusks/teeth ( the two big ones are just placed for the purpose of the pics !)

Wow dude that Ork is EPIC. . . .btw The o rings for a coller worked a treat! thanks for the tip guys

I've managed a little more progress on the Orc . First a gave the whole thing a blast of grey primer before refining the head a little and adding some detail to the helmet . ( Ignore the paint , I was just testing the shade of green I plan on using ).
