These guys were the TFA Phasma of TLJ- huh??

Death Troopers were in Rogue One and they actually were quite effective. They had amazing presence, actually hit their targets. The best of Troopers thus far in my opinion.

I agree with the last two posts

I really want one of these to recreate the pic where he's holding the stormtrooper toy. However the one in the film doesn't have the scope on the side of his head, therefore looking like the non deluxe specialist. However the specialist doesn't come with the heavy blaster :gah: plus I don't want the special base for the deluxe lol it's annoying

I hear ya, the way they set those three releases you just couldn’t get everything you wanted buying just one. I ended up getting the deluxe but I really wanted the cool compact rifle with the silver tip but didn’t come with deluxe. Makes me wanna get the regular trooper with that rifle plus no rangefinder. Which is exactly what they want me to do. Ugh! Haha

Yeah that silver tip is cool, there aren't any single weapons on evilbay either. The deluxe would be the best option for me too and there is a head with no rangefinder I could pick up if my OCD gets too much!

Considering picking up a second DT, now that I've seen TLJ and know I won't be investing in any figures from that film.

I have the Deluxe so thinking about getting one of the other two. Not sure which one, though.

Me too, I want the regular version without the vest thing. The cheapest I found it for was $250 I wished I could find it a bit cheaper though.

how hard it it to strip off gear to have standard trooper? the pauldron comes of easliy by look of it, but what about the chest stuff?

Probably not that hard but personally I want both looks. I know others have done it I remember seeing it in one of the DT threads.

Taking the gear off is very easy. Chest straps just pull out and tiny clasp in the back for the bottom part. Pauldron just as easy as other troopers. Just be careful as the under arm strap is lightly glued on similar to the magnets on the ANH Trooper holster.

Have to agree with this completely and all the people that have seen my DT so far have given it the most compliments from all of my figures. Posed on the base with the doll its brilliant and captures their screen presence.
