Anyone mix and matching parts on these? I didn't study them on screen, but were there only 3 set up variations in the movie?

I think there were probably more than three variations of them, especially if you count the blasters as well. Both the specialists and the standard used the medium and long rifles, along with the different helmets. If you have multiple you can definitely mix and match how like.

I'm still waffling on this one. He just seems so alone without his ivory boss.

Hopefull he will be released when Tarkin is out. It should be a no brainer for HT now they have an Imperial officer outfit blueprint at their disposal. Release Krennic as an exclusive if you fear slow selling
