I had both Reg and Specialist. Only needed one in the collection so I sold the Specialist. Reg checks all the boxes that make this Trooper unique, IMO.

I had the specialist and regular, sold them before they went up in price and have regretted it ever since.

I have a problem with Deathtroopers. So much so I bought 4 of them... 2 Regulars and 2 Deluxe...

You’re all a bunch of terrible people/enablers, but happy to say that I’ve now joined the ranks of the Death Trooper (Reg) owners. I like the Shoretrooper design as well but these guys really stay with you more than the other troops from the flick.

So much promo material focused on these guys. The definitive trooper from the movie.

I also just bought the Reg version this week. Found him on sale + a 15% off coupon on eBay, so I couldn't resist.

I had the deluxe briefly but between the stand and all the gear I found him not the most enjoyable to pose. Mine also came with missing parts (ab armor) and a holster that peeled apart the first time it was used so I ended up returning the figure.

The gear looks good though and I do want to acquire that deluxe stand again (or TFA Luke’s) for an extra Dagobah base.

Finally put my hand on one of these via Popcultha (literally antipodes, still the best price I found).
Now I have the accurate couple: reg with E-11 and visor, Spec with DLT and no visor.

Great pic, my love for these have not diminished, just gotten stronger and they look great with the different gearsets, HT definitely got these releases right for the collectors.

Well, a right release for collectors should have been a deluxe with both weapons and removable gear (visor, pauldron, ammo pouches). But this way HT released 3 and made more money, I suppose.

The availability was there for those who wanted and these things were parted out, its much better than the alternative of bitching for years that it was previewed and never shown.

Looking good. Have mine set up the same way. Favorite scene was they’re first intro on L’Ahmu and their gear and load out was like that. Mix-matched through the rest of the film. Just wish I could find a proper rain parka for my Disney Stunt Krennic :(

I pulled the trigger on this. But inside the plastic foam, I found something like this. At first, I thought it ia dust. When looked closer, I noticed it has a distinct shape. It seems part of the figure, but I couldn't figure what it is. It was near the riflewith strap. Sorry for the low quality of photos.

That doesn’t look like anything I could pick out on the figure. Is it a soft rubber? Maybe something from the stand? I have no idea.
