Kind of disappointed HT did away with their "show only" pieces. A Jedha diorama with imperial tank would probably have sold this figure a lot better

I think it may be Toys Fair Exclusive.

Hope not as it will drive up the price for a otherwise fairly simple figure. I think the other shoretroopers, especially the grunt, have a better chance at being a SDCC/Toy Fair Exclusive.

Outside the paint scheme/coloring, is the only difference the helmet between this guy and the shoretrooper?

No kilt. Also one is trooper and the other one command a tank

Out of curiosity I did just pop in that scene with Closed Captioning subtitles turned on. According to those the driver does say "hit the terrorist." Oh man now I'm getting sucked into the movie all over again.
