Me too. I've been trying to figure it out as well, and I think it's the pose and the base which is a bit distracting IMO. If it were more upright and on a simpler base it may be more appealing.

LOL!! I'm not even a fan either, but I was able to make 1 more spot for a 1/3 statue and had to have this piece. It is simply majestic, and the 10% coupon on the IS website didn't hurt :)

I got mine a few days ago and I'm thoroughly impressed. Sculpt and paint apps are excellent. The base is well detailed and the portraits are awesome (love the ferocity in the reg COH best) Here are some pics posted by Mad X as well as mine
