Everyone who has a preorder with them should be pushing Google Wallet/Paypal/their bank for a refund. I don't know if the refunds are coming directly from OSB themselves or are just a form of buyer protection, but you will not receive one by contacting OSB.

They're still monitoring it. They were deleting a lot of posts yesterday, though I'm not sure what they said. You can see when something gets bumped to the top of the recent comments but has nothing from the current day.

We get it Jim; OSB were nice to you, and thus you have an undying trust in them. Congrats on being one of the few. Others don't receive the same treatment. Money is held despite refunds being requested, false shipping dates are given to string them along, and they do not reply to any contact...

How many of you have had your Mk42s through? I remember one of you getting it a few months back. Still waiting a refund, mind. Just not sure if they're stringing me along till it comes in.

I hope they give an update on each outstanding item. If they don't have the supply it'd be nice for them to be honest and refund instead of stringing customers along while they try to source it elsewhere. Extremely unfortunate for all customers involved in this situation.

I agree he should ask for his deposit back, but looking at the experiences here and on Facebook, many of those requests are ignored.

I can understand why you guys are probably tired of hearing people complaining, but I'm in the same situation as kev here. Yes, OSB are apparently very honest, cheaper prices, etc. Totally fine. They're going through a rough patch. But suggesting he continually pester them on their social media...
