Going well , all (newly designed) chest boxes are done and wired to the customer specs , all body suits done , all reveal helmets are 'in progress' . We had to create new photo etched parts for the latch mechanisms. Had major issues with using dry film etching techniques. All domes done , capes...

Hot toys body suits have been successfully retailored, helmets with new reveal split design are all done, new domes finished. Just new hands then assembly.we also built our own as we've never had one of our own. Uses ssc Rotj v2 body suit , resewn , kp03-a body , all our own bits, needs tweaking...

Since this we remodelled the circular multi holed part that sits in the middle of the crown, reshaped the back of the mask added the small trim , the neck brace is drilled and fitted with metal 'spikes' and the other metal details .....[/URL][/IMG] [/URL][/IMG]

Not quite , we altered the mouth, bridge of nose, detailed the brow and crown, and completely replaced from the jaw ridge downwards , removed the square vents and fitted them flush. Altered both cheeks. Addressed the edge between bottom of mouth and lower section . I think I have an image...
