I just got the 12" Frodo. The finish on his face is the best I have ever seen on a SS figure. So my question is: Sideshow, why don´t you always make the same realistic, high quality finish???

On today´s newsletter we just saw how 12" Frodo and Sam are on the second chance list. This is happening very often with LOTR figures. Don´t you think that edition sizes are way too high???

I don´t really understand why some fingures have a gloss finish. It makes them look so unrealistic even when the sculture is fine (Van helsin, Faramir...) I´d like to know why most figures have a mate finish and why and who decides to do the gloss finish (maybe a mistake...)

I chose to collect Sideshow products because or their great quality (I think they produce the most reallistic looking figures on the market) because they are reliable, because of their limited editions and because they do many different licences. So what are your reasons for being a Sideshow...
