1/6 Scale Chucky???

I´m looking for a 1/6 scale Chucky. Does any of you know if he has been manufactured in that scale???

Spencer's Gifts released a set of three (Chuckie, Tiffany and child) that were about 1:6 size (being little dolls though it's hard to be exact). I bought them for Tiffany. I love that doll!
