No, Europe is now also off limits for Simply Toys although XM has a license for European countries....

Re: SimplyToys No Longer shipping XM WorldWide Yes, we also have to pay customs on items not coming out of the EU. So also in this case you will have to add around 25%.

If Spain is in their license area, you are safe, so you will not receive a mail probably and no I did not send nude pics:D

Just got a mail back from Simply Toys. Since I live in Germany and in the license area of XM, they will still be able to send me XM-statues. They also said that people who will be affected, will receive a mail soon. If you are not affected, you will not receive a mail and you are safe:)

What about the European countries then? XM has EU-site in place so I guess they have a license for these countries. I hope it is like this and I hope Simply Toys can still ship to Germany:)

Like I said before, it is sad that they do this while in the past they did the same with Bowen statues. They just want to control the whole industry and take money from everyone... In the end XM is not violating anything because I as an international customer can't order with them directly;)...

In the end SS does this because they feel some pressure, otherwise they would not do something like that. They see this small company selling out all their statues in one day. For many years they were alone, now this small company almost forces them to change things because people complain more...

Indeed but it will become more expensive... In the end they think they own the market. I remember in the beginning of XM they wished them all the best and they welcomed them:D They changed their mind quickly... Really said because XM only produces 1000 pieces max of a Marvel statue. they...

So SS did the same with Bowen statues in the past when it was in their advantage. Now another company does the same and they cry like a little child:D Instead of upping their quality, they buy things off...

Silverine, as you probably know, I live in Germany:wink1: If you need something from XM EU site, just let me know, we can arrange something. You can just come and pick up the statue even if you want. So like I said if you ever want something from their site, just let me know.

Question for people that ordered via Simply Toys, was there an option for a one-time payment with 10% reduction?

Also an amazing statue, just like all the other XM statues:d I am sure you are gonna like it, like I said before, a really underrated statue...
