Hot Toys MMS6969 1/6 Scale Jar-Jar Binks Collectible Figure

I think that should be a jailable offence.

Yes, collect what you love, and you simply don't care what the "aftermarket" value is. I do understand, when it comes to replacing figures, you want the best price, of course, but I always think "well, I've enjoyed them for X years, so I got my value from them". If you make a little monetary...

From my personal POV, OLEDs are the winner. A bit pricier, but worth it.

These could literally be movie stills. Amazing. I kind of want one now.

No need. Use Tamiya Acrylics, and if you don't like the end result, simply spray it with Windex (the blue one), and the acrylic paint will simply dissolve, with no harm to the underlying factory paintjob.

You're working on the new robo figure, right?

It wasn't effective at all, but then again, that was kind of the point.

I'll chip in they're great, I don't know if they do double boxing, but they bubblewrap the HELL out of it.

This figure is absolutely stunning. Not much else to say. Wow.

IMO it would need to be a significant upgrade, it has it's flaws but I'm actually quite happy with my HT supes. Still looks really good after all these years.

Not feeling this one,. will stick with my HT, which is still high on the list of best headsculpts they've done.

And if you do it with acrylics and don't like it, a bit of Windex will simply see that paintjob disappear without damaging the underlying finish.

Those photos look really good spinl3r. Still a bit too silver, but if you're on the fence, I'd be grabbing this one. Likely to be the best Robo we'll see for a long long time.

Looking at the photos some more, I have to say, had they gone with say a titanium base colour instead of the silver (so fing lazy HT), and applied their new highlights over the top, this would have been a stunner.

In this pic it looks pretty close to my repainted one, so I'll pass on this one I think.

From some of the pics it looks very good, others not so much, but you wouldn't be happy with Chromocop, that was seriously bad.

TBH it looks a bit better, but not a great deal. Need more/better photos. Pass for me at the moment.
