The peg is shaped like a "D" to fit into the corresponding neck socket. The "D" peg on the exposed head sculpt was installed reversed, so I cannot fully seat it into the socket. I'll have to remove the peg and put it in correctly, but I'll do that later since I don't plan on using this head...

I don't mind at all. Wow! What a big difference that mouth makes, it looks much more like Weller. Guess they really did blend the features.

I really wish we had gotten a Peter Weller head sculpt for the head without the helmet, but they did an amazing job with that Burke sculpt. It almost seems like they may have blended some of Burke's features with Weller's, because from certain angles there is some Weller resemblance.

Yeah, I don't know why they didn't pack the jet pack into a separate compartment. Shipping it attached was a mistake since there's a good chance of it coming loose and scratching the figure. Timcent responded pretty quickly to my e-mail. He said I could ship the whole thing back if I wanted...

Man, this is some BS. Belt that doesn't fit on the Batman Begins figure, sticky paint on the Joker, and now Robocop with missing pieces, scratches from a jet pack no one wanted, and a neck servo that won't turn to the left. Good job, EB.

wtf, my BD helmet doesn't have the black visor either. Did anyone else who got the BD helmet have it come without the black visor too?

Not sure how that would work, I've emailed him. The scratches look worse in person, and it bugs me after paying $596 shipped.

Unfortunately, no. I purchased through Timcent. I'm going to shoot him an email. In addition to the head not turning left, there were also some scratches on the shoulder area from the jet pack coming loose and rubbing against it during shipping.

Just got my figure. It's pretty awesome, but I'm disappointed too. The jet pack had shaken loose during shipping and scratched the paint on the shoulders. I'll take pictures in a bit.
