Hmm. I can‘t remember what website I went to, but there are a number that talk about collectibles and the ideal humidity and temp. I wonder if the humidity levels are wrong…?

I honestly can see them going pretty deep with this line - Hasbro already.

I’d say for sure:
-Thrawn (wait for movie version?)
-Ezra (wait for movie version?)
-Baylan (Yes)
-Shin (Yes)
-Captain Enoch (Yes)
-Huyang (Yes)
-Nighttrooper(s) (Yes)
-Ahsoka the White (maybe. By the time the movie rolls around, I don’t want 4-5 Ahsokas)

People tend to overstate the pleather deterioration thingy cause it is indeed a major thing in collecting specially here in South east asian countries w/c is kinda surprising for a HK company who happens to share the same climate conditions we have, not to invest their RnD on the issue. They actually did with some but i cant say the same thing for most of the recent ones.
Unless you have a place like mall displays or ala the secretbase to store them figures, our figures here usually shows some deterioration in under 2 years. Mind you i keep my figures in a dust proof cabinet far away from UV and direct sunlight, apply aerospace protectant constantly and beeswax on my pleathers/leathers but this still occurs rapidly.

The climate here is just harsh with this materials w/c make me think sometimes maybe we're just not the target market for these :ROFLMAO: .

The supes, deadools and spiderman suits get icky and stick with whatever it gets contact with so i tend to stayaway from those specially.
So far my DX10 leather costume it the one that stands superior compared to everything else that has leather like material w/c make me kinda with they use the same stuff for this release

Likely:
-Marrock
-Night Death Trooper(s)
-HK Droid(s)
-Morgan (as an exclusive)
-Anakin in some form
-Young Ahsoka

Long shots
-Great Mothers
-Lothal hologram outfit Ezra
-Wolse creatures
I'm thinking of three figures I'd probably instantly buy - Thrawn, Enoch and Artisan Sith Anakin.

Because that one they used real leather not pleather. They were beating out Enterbay at the time then once Enterbay were defeated they returned to using pleather.

Oddly enough, I have all my figures in a controlled environment, and haven’t had any issues with pleather rot, or seamless figures cracking. It really does help immensely if you can control the temp, humidity and block out direct sunlight completely all year round. The only time I’ve had issues with pleather is when I order something “used” that hasn’t been in a controlled environment, and then after the uncontrolled transport, falls apart the moment I open it. New stuff seems to be okay. Frankly, if you live somewhere where you can’t do all that, you’re wasting your money buying this stuff.
Yes, all of this. The only issue I've had was with the Spike premium format figure from the Buffy line and that pleather cape. It's what ultimately had me bump up my dehumidifier count in my basement from 1 to 3. Keeping the humidity at or below 55, combined with a pretty constant temp and no direct sunlight and my pleathers all seem fine after several years...

Not exactly but that is quite similar to mine. Also got a mini dehumidifier too that handles the smallest room.

Edit: for some weird reason this reply somehow automatically included my last reply to another comment. Not sure how that glitch happened, for a moment I thought I had somehow edited my earlier post. Weird.
