Beware ordering from Onesixthkit. Just received mine today and like a few others I have seen the paint was rubbed off on his face. He was extremely arrogant and rude when I had asked if there was a replacement. Didn’t even offer a refund. Then proceeded to block me from logging into the site which I had open preorders. The guy is an absolute CROOK.

Got my second the other day from onesixthkit. Glasses aren’t in the box at all and I got missing paint on the back of the head. Head is sticky on the back. Should I even contact him or will I get black listed? When I got my Alfred from Giantoys, the glasses were in with the double sided tape. With this one, they’re no where in the trays.

Kit if you see this, lemme know what I should do.

I went through the same thing w/ onesixth kit...my 66 Saturn Toys dynamic duo was lost in shipping and he wanted me to wait 60 day for a possible refund. I advised him in USA we wait 10 days. He got belligerent and refused . So I went through paypal and got my money back ..in turn he did the same thing thing blocked me from getting into his website ..so I lost my preorder money on Mr. J. Go through Giantoy or Crabfigure.com . Both of these are reputable companies.
 
I never thought I would own a 1/6 figure of 1989 Alfred, but I just received mine and it's superb. Mine was from this second batch I had to pay in full up front for. The glasses were also packed in a plastic box taped under the tray so they arrived well. Looking forward to seeing other '89 figures!

Sucks, my Giantoys Alfred is perfect save for the nose and my onesixthkit is perfect save for the hair and glasses.

I simply asked if there was a replacement and was brushed off. Had to get Paypal involved. He is rude and apparently has done this to other collectors stealing their money then blocking them so they can’t inform others of the horrible way he conducts business. The guy is crooked and a thief. 👎🏼

That is unfortunate but just another example of how crooked he is.

10 days delay for international shipment is pretty usual, and you compare it to domestic shipping in USA?

For delay shipments, it could happen due to postal error, peak season or extreme weather. We are sorry if it happens with your shipment and we suggest you to wait patiently. For shipments delayed over 60 days from the date we post it will be automatically treat as lost shipment. You may contact us for full refund or replacement if your shipment is delayed over 60 days.

When you break our policy and raise dispute on paypal, this is normal procedure to close your account

I emailed Giantoys about the nose paint issue right out of the box, and sent them pics. They said they'll talk with the supplier and will ship a replacement whenever they receive it. Have you contacted them about the nose paint issue?
 
I’ve never had issues with OSK, been shopping there for years. I’m sure they will send out replacements when/if they get them. People just gotta have patience.

Does that include blocking acess to your site so that i lost my deposit on Mr. J ? If you didn't want my business you could have at least refund the deposit I placed on that figure . Your practices are not that of a normal business and here in USA we do make it known so that other buyers know how you operate. What you failed to advise everyone is that the figures never ever got delivered and it was obvious that they were lost . Also i had advised you that the shipper had told me they were lost and yet you still wanted to wait 60 days. Buyers beware !

Once again, you have clicked to agree on our policy before you can place the order, you aren't man of your word

2nd, using your "USA normal business" to challenge our WRITTEN policy that really make sense to you? Compare domestic shipping VS international shipping?

3rd, you dispute a transaction that possibly deliver at anytime, raise paypal dispute with a reason violating the written policy that once again YOU CLICKED TO COMPLY, so whats the problem to stop dealing with you immediately? I don't think you will admit if the package being delivered anytime after you raise the dispute case, you clearly try to take advantage over us

From time to time there's always some shipment tracking record stuck, we won't keep the money if anything end up get lost in transit, when you raise case with the courier, they will always tell you it may lost, contact seller for refund, kicking the ball around

There are some cases that tracking never updates but the honest customer telling me he actually get the figure after delays

What I requested is just following our policy so we have enough time to verify the situation with courier, but you immediately put in the dispute, if you want to deal with paypal, then deal with them for every transaction, i have ZERO responsibility to deal with someone who violate our policy, you break the deal, why would I keep it??

When you choose to violate our policy and raise paypal dispute, we have zero responsibility for any transaction you made, paypal is the one you should talk to, simple fact
