He looks...different. I think it's Keaton's lips, they no longer look the same. He still wearing the red ring from the first film tho.

Beetlejuice vs Austin Powers! The long awaited matchup that nobody asked for!

Even with the makeup, you can tell he's older. It's kind of strange to see Betelgeuse looking old since he's a ghost. Yet another childhood character that's coming back one last time. Boy, I sure hope we get some figures out of this whole thing. In Arts, Hot Toys, Neca, Mezco, and Mafex are all in my wish list. Maybe even Blitzway. Their Kurt Cobain figure came out great. Hopefully Sideshow doesn't go near this movie.

I'm crossing fingers that we get a Lauren Boebert cameo in this one.

Yeah but if his look gets me Monica Bellucci like he's gotten then I'm going to the Burton Suit Shop and Burton Hair Stylist pretty darn quick.

I'd sell my body, my dignity and my organs for a good Inart Beetlejuice figure [from the original movie].

Seriously hoping this is decent [or god forbid even good!] Beetlejuice is probably one of my favourite movies of all time and I can't stand for Hollywood destroying yet another pillar of my childhood.

Been waiting 35 years for that movie. Cast is solid. Hope its good!

Keaton's had an awful track record revisiting 80s properties recently. I'm not holding my breath for this one.

Sigh. Keaton looks great but I just don't have any confidence at all that Tim Burton can deliver another good Beetlejuice movie.

I'm inclined to agree. I'm very sceptical he has it left in him.
Trying to think what the last Tim Burton movie I liked was. Might have been Sleepy Hollow?

To be fair the episodes of Wednesday he directed were good, and showed some of that original style he had. But his track record on the big screen has been a different matter.

Haven't seen Wednesday so can't judge him on that. Agree that film wise he's not been doing well

It surprises me how good Keaton still looks in the Betelgeuse makeup. There's something a bit off about the costume. The suit looks a bit baggy compared to the original, but Keaton also looks a bit thinner than he did in the original film as well, so it could be a combination of the two. Still, he looks like the character.

I half expect to see the College Humor logo at the end of these sequel trailers nowadays.

They're doing the cliché slowed down song performed by a woman. I've seen that in about a thousand trailers. We'll see. At least we're getting merchandise out of it.

It's all so very tiresome, isn't it?

Slowed down song....frames of black between edits....slow build up to the reveal.

Or in the new Aliens trailer it's the same thing but instead of the slowed down pop song it's "bwaaaahhhm.........bwaaaaaahm........bwaaaaaaaaahm."

Same ****. Over and over and over again.

Yet every single time, people proclaim how "epic!!!!" it is.

I'm so tired.
