I love that there's a company that exists that takes your money for a product, doesn't deliver the product, then offers you a credit (coupon) that can just expire in a fairly short time. That means that they just basically took your money with nothing in return.
Yeah, plus they nik another 40 to 50 quid in shipping fees that you're not going to get back.

Well, It actually arrived from them.
This is not me saying to buy from them - just posting the fact that I received my order from them.

I see things they claimed to have shipped and never did. In the End I am to blame.

What crazy practices.

I am sure Paypal could go after them, but they don't care. Paypal got paid and it's in their interest not too.

If you got something the past few months, God bless...I lost as did many others.

It's as of I burned money and all those working hours is what hurts. It's not easy working 9 to 5 and essentially showing zero money earned...by spending and not receiving toys, that's what TW did to me.

Then who is forking out the bill for sending out the Inart Gandalf that was promised by the scammers to the customers that paid for it eons ago?

I’m actually interested to find out what will happen across the multiple boards here that bought “promised” items from these fleabags since now that their still bombarding their shill on multiple customers’ email list that previously bought stuff from them (and many asked to be opt off the mailing list after what had happened).

Insult to injury. They keep reminding me they exist. Emailing me offers, They're Back to Full Operations, and so on. Just come on, they keep pouring salt on my wound.

Losting 2-3k isn't easy. I burned money lit it on fire and will never get a return. That's like almost a month salary gone.

I’m going make another push and see if I can get my “promised” Wandavision Liz Olsen from three years ago that was not delivered at all (and I have all records of that to back my claim).

Not guaranteed a direct answer, but maybe another “Store Credit” email to push me to buy more stuff from them again.

Does the old quote: “Once burnt, twice shy” or from Stephen King (in which he did say this if anyone does a Google search): “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me” apply to any on us?

Why would they give a time limit on a credit coupon when they have your money in escrow? Could it be because they will dissolve their company shortly, by the time that coupon expires? They don't have products or cash any longer! I know I'm just speculating and stirring up unsubstantiated rumours, but at this point you can't put anything past these jokers. It's best to assume the worst rather than hold any hope. I still believe we'll see TW and their CS alias fold into bankruptcy before anyone sees their orders or money back and that could be very soon.

Don't give up pestering them. Hopefully you can get some or even a majority of what you ordered. Sounds like now is the time since they are pushing hard to make another run and make people see a different narrative of them fulfilling orders. Who knows how long this will last.

I just got a new response, now changing the date from mid february to end of month, so I think I am not one of the lucky ones that will receive a package from them, this was their lastest emails:

"I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your message. Your order no: 420090, has been dispatched from our warehouse. However, we encountered a request for additional documentation from the courier, which has been provided. We expect the shipment to be released and to commence its journey to you by the end of February."

And again, I have proof from the Hong Kong Post Office that they did not requested anything, so they just keep lying  and pushing the date.

Sounds like they'll send some out. Get people excited about the chance of getting their ordered item. They'll lose some people, but there will always be those hopeful ones. Those that get their order will say "I got mine." Until they don't. By then you have more new hopefuls, and the cycle repeats.

The mouse hope experiment.

Give few people hope by sending only a few out, those people who ordered will believe more will come/spend more at TW, rinse repeat.

I received that in January.

One of the last things I tried to order using store credit was Marty and Doc.

They claimed it was in stock, so I ued my credit..I think in Sept..then forgot about it, conacted them October, after 2 email EXCHANGES THAT TOOK 1 month(They responded once every 2 weeks), I still have nothing but a fake DHL shipping number.

I provided them the shipping and order number in my FIRST email, then 2 weeks later, they responded and they asked for order #again...hence it took a month to respond in total, and no they didn't ship it in December, and January. They claimed it would ship in December, never did, then lastly claimed January and never did.

I am a loser who lost over 2k to them. I saw another person on Youtube who lost more than me. I am sure there are more people who probably lost 5k plus on them.

I received invoices for the shipping for multiple orders this morning, all of them are charged at HKD$994 which is ridiculous when on their own checkout page for the same products the shipping is HKD$556.

They are also trying to double charge me the shipping for 2 orders which I have showed them the evidence that they are paid.

I'm so glad that my bank was able to step in and recover most of my money, I won't be paying any of these shipping invoices but will continue to try and get the 2 that are already paid.

Just a short update, they have acknowledged my evidence now about the 2 orders where the shipping is paid and are going to "check their records" and get back to me tomorrow.

I also requested them to cover the shipping costs for all orders due to their customer service being so poor for the last 1-2 years.

Let's see what they say, not holding my breath but I won't be paying anything additional and cutting my losses for anything not able to be recovered by my bank which is roughly £300-400 at this point.

TW is going to give everyone the wraparound and keep on stalling in mailing out very promised item(s) to every customer that has ordered from them.

Literally another Nippon Yassan v.2 story happening as all this unfolds.

Just got this about the shipping costs on the invoices they sent out today, wonder how many people they got to pay it and won't even refund them the difference.
