Yes! 100% agree on the negative comments about him posting about optimizations. It is absolutely doing no harm and just making the figure better for everyone. Now they can eat their words knowing they actually do take feedback.

They’re mad over critical feedback? Geez what a sad group of people.

Can anyone post screenshot? I don't have FB. That place toxic as hell

@Chopper Face how is Kghobby for inart figures? Fast? Good service?
I’ve placed all my InArt orders with KG.
So far I’ve received Joker Deluxe, which came around 3 weeks after OSK sent out his first batch- no issues or customs at all- and then I received my Gandalf early December, which was practically inline with OSK’s first batch release. I believe some people are still waiting for their Gandalf from OSK.
Their price for InArt tends to be one of if not the best- maybe only GunDamit beat them with Superman- so there’ll be no issue with receiving your figure in a timely manner for a decent price.

I paid for both of those upfront though to get the 3% discounts and secured very cheap shipping for Joker before we got to se how ridiculous that box was.

It really all depends on how much you’re willing to spend in addition to KG’s price to secure Kit’s renowned after-sales customer service.

I’ve only ever had one QC related issue that I raised with KG regarding a missing accessory from a PopToys samurai figure. They said they’d reach out to the supplier- but that was never resolved. Of course, I’ve had a similar issue with a 3P figure bought from OSK and didn’t get anything out of that either so, perhaps positive outcomes are more dependant on the manufacturer than the middle man reseller.

KG do however always respond to me on Facebook Messenger- usually within 24 hours- and have resolved a number of minor shipping or payment related niggles immediately so I find their poor reputation for customer services to be a little exaggerated around here.
I sent them these refs last week and they responded to me:

Keep up the good work!
I gotsta get them flare on my Joker!

messaged this to them, havent got a word back but also posted and commented a few in their posts

it just seems people don't like nice and accurate things. you're not paying chump money for these types of things and im guessing half the mfs in the comment section don't have any stake in the game because they didn't PO the figures to care about the detail.

If I was InArt, I’d be pretty grateful for the collecting community doing a load of work for me to point out specific details that might otherwise go under the radar- especially when feedback is presented so clearly and in a purely constructive manner, as has been illustrated in this thread.

The refinements presentation for Superman was a great collaboration within the forum helmed by a passionate individual who only wants the best for all of us.

InArt accepting and actioning community feedback also reflects tremendously well on them as a company.
As usual, the people who come off worst are those who spend their time bashing strangers on Facebook.

Fair enough, but everything on those shoes is out of scale. I'd take plastic and accurate any day.
They're actually NOT out of scale and are accurate.
But if your happy with plastic shoes that's your choice. Everyone settles for different things, and I don't want to offend hardcore fan boys in general, (not talking about you in particular) but anyone who might take offense and feel the need to defend every little detail or item of a figure. It was just my opinion. As I stated... I'm used to real leather and real laces

This is a perfect example of constructive criticism. Just showing inaccuracies without maing negative comments, like "doesn't look like him at all, it sucks."

InArt has shown they will very much update their figures to be as accurate as practically possible, so I think these criticisms are coming at the right time.

That same level of constructive criticism should be for JND as well, but it’s not, just bashing the product for the most part. If JND announced a Phoenix Joker tomorrow, the amount of name calling would be through the roof, regardless of what the product looks like.

Except Inart is open to it and JND just tells customers that they're wrong.
Doesn’t matter how they respond, I’m not referring to that. I’m referring to when someone constructively criticizes InArt, it’s looked at as hating, until InArt themselves acknowledge it, then it’s what a great company, can’t be so naive to not see this.

It’s clear InArt aren’t going bankrupt to make this, and that they have funds set aside for further R&D on this set. I’m saying don’t shoot someone’s idea for better down just because it’s good enough for you, if it is, then it’ll be just as good enough for you with further improvements. The fact that they’re continuing to update may very well get me off of the fence and PO one of these sets. Before this info, I felt this set left a lot to be desired in the red suit for it’s price in the deluxe set, its value of course improves once you spend more for the premium version, but those getting the deluxe needed this R&D for a $650 red suit figure.

This new base looks pretty good and I’d probably use it for the red suit figure if I were to get the premium set.

If that is the case then no criticism is ever invalid. I could say that these figures aren't up to the standard because they don't have rooted eyelashes and eyebrows. They are not being screen accurate by painting it on. I could go on and on about it...

The point is that not all criticism is equal and some does cross the line here in this forum. They cross the line to be on the nagging side rather than being actually critical and constructive. Just my 2 cents.

I agree 100%, as stated earlier, as long as the requests aren’t absurd, and are brought to your attention in a constructive manner followed by ideas of how to adjust, then they’re Just.

I wouldn’t be asking IA for realistic shoes with real materials then cancel it because they won’t offer it, because they’ve never proven to us they can do it, but alterations to the red suit, suit buttons? Fixing the lack of skin tone peaking through on the red suit Joker sculpt? All very doable and wouldn’t require them to go into debt nor put a strain on a production run that hasn’t even started yet.

When it comes to overlooked details that aren’t much work to fix, it’s absolutely necessary if they’ll listen, a closed mouth tells them their product is A ok, and at these prices, it wasn’t.

Same goes for the new JND batsuit, 3D printing a full body in 1:6 is lazy and needs to be scrapped, to further innovate, what they did with it was everything but. But don’t say oh it’s garbage, JNDs lame, that sounds like FB comments. JND may not take criticism very well, but to their credit, they’re used to selling statues where alterations aren’t as thorough, they’ll learn with time, they have to if they plan to make more than 800 pieces of something.

JND makes garbage, JND is lame, JND, Kojun and their entourage are already out of the game.
Inart were trying to implement the magnetic rolling eyes but couldn’t get it to work, JND managed to make that happen and because of that it’s apparently trash, but if InArt found a way to implement that same technology you say it’s next level. Cope harder.

Why do people feel the need to pick sides with companies over their competitors? You don’t work for them, you can acknowledge something positive without feeling like you’re doing a disservice to your favorite brand. I promise InArt doesn’t see JND or HT in the same light you do. What do you get out of being a brand mascot? I’ll acknowledge when something JND does is poorly done, I’ll do the same with InArt and Hot Toys.
